Come and see how we are planting up the gardens around the honey house with flowers, fruit, herbs and vegetables to support our bees and other pollinators. Beekeeping courses Our beekeeping courses are run by Ken and Dan, who each hold the highest qualifications in beekeeping. They are experienced and entertaining teachers so you are in safe hands and can be confident that you will learn beekeeping at the highest standard. We have a teaching apiary, classroom and laboratory all on site and teach at all levels from beginner to advanced. Honey & produce Our run and set honey is a delightful floral mix, a result of our bees working the fields and hedgerows of East Devon. We use our own fruit and vegetables to make chutnies, jams and jellies. With our honey we make fudge, flapjacks and honey vinegar. The surplus beeswax is used in lip balms, polish, and candles.
